Saxophone tuner
A free saxophone tuner in your phone's browser: alto in E♭, tenor and soprano in B♭, baritone; it names the written notes and says how far off you are. Nothing uploaded.

The microphone stays open while you tune and closes when you stop, when everything is in tune, or after half a minute of quiet. Nothing is recorded or sent.
How to tune
An alto or baritone saxophone is in E♭, a tenor or soprano in B♭: none of them sounds what it reads. Pick yours, and the tuner names the notes as you read them. Play each one long and relaxed, after a minute of warming up; a cold horn plays flat.
Sharp: pull the mouthpiece out a little on the cork. Flat: push it in. Then check all three notes; if the high one is sharp and the low one flat, it is usually the embouchure, not the mouthpiece.
The needle shows how far you are from the note the tuner expects, in cents: a hundred cents is a semitone, five or closer gets the tick, and anything inside twenty most people don't hear.
Then play something
The notes you tuned go into Brumm as a short melody, inside a club track with a beat and a bass. No account, no upload: the notes travel inside the link itself. Hum or play a line there, and it becomes an instrument.
The microphone is read in the browser and nothing is kept. How the site counts visits.
