Bandurria tuner
A free bandurria tuner in your phone's browser: the Spanish tuning G♯ C♯ F♯ B E A, one pair of strings at a time, with a needle and the cents. Nothing uploaded.

The microphone stays open while you tune and closes when you stop, when everything is in tune, or after half a minute of quiet. Nothing is recorded or sent.
How to tune
The Spanish bandurria has six pairs of strings tuned in fourths: G♯ C♯ F♯ B E A from the lowest to the highest, the same intervals as the laúd an octave up. Tune one string of a pair until the needle sits in the middle, then the other, then play both: when the slow wobble stops, they agree.
Play each pair with the pick near the soundhole and let it ring: a bandurria's notes are short, and the tuner needs about half a second of steady sound for the tick.
The needle shows how far you are from the note the tuner expects, in cents: a hundred cents is a semitone, five or closer gets the tick, and anything inside twenty most people don't hear.
Then play something
The notes you tuned go into Brumm as a short melody, inside a club track with a beat and a bass. No account, no upload: the notes travel inside the link itself. Hum or play a line there, and it becomes an instrument.
The microphone is read in the browser and nothing is kept. How the site counts visits.
